Its a lazy Saturday morning and a call comes in. Looked at the phone and the number that is displayed is surely a land line phone number but its not familiar. There is a brief hesitation, its ringing and ringing. There are many news of International phone numbers being used for scams, and this is a local number. Without much further thought, the phone is answered. A short chat and its confirmed the call is from telemarketing business. How did they get my number? A short call to the telco and it looks like I have to pay to enable some sort of process to stop that particular call or I can use the mobile phone's blacklist feature to drop calls from that number. If its registered as a private phone number, nothing much can be done. On most Android mobile phone's its just a matter of selecting that number, long press till the menu is displayed to blacklist the number. Select it and your are done. On 16 July 2009, Teoh Beng Hock was found dead at Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) building. Teoh and several others had been hauled up for questioning the day before. Much later it was made known that the others had shared they were treated badly, denied a lawyer, deprived of water and food. Teoh is an aide to exco member Ean Yong Hian Wah, which MACC seems to be trying to build a case upon. There is hardly any news on outcome of that particular investigation. What is the mystery? He is said to have fallen off the 14th floor of the MACC building. There are not CCTV in the interrogation room. Thai and British forensic pathologist experts were called in for the investigations. MACC claimed to have already released him, but still held Teoh's possession and mobile phone. On 21.8.2017, The USS John McCain collided with tanker Alnic MC. Details of what actually happen is still unclear, but being on one of the busiest shipping lanes doesn't give any excuses as there are strong rules of the road. The port-aft of the navy ship was crushed inwards, which accounts for water compartments and any cabins being destroyed. From the vesselfinder routes, it is shown that Alnic MC was at about 10 knots, heading South-West when the incident occurred. Possibilities that led to the collision? Human fatigue, carelessness, not following rules, ship navigation failure, engine failure, hacked navigation system are among those that comes to mind. The more money you have, the more easily it is to fall for scams relating to health care products. Following are just some thoughts during a long 2 hours drive recently. Li Chun marks the beginning of the Chinese Calendar in the old days. Its marked in the chinese calendar to indicate the sun being at celestial longitude 315degree and is celebrated as Chinese New Year. The recent events in Malaysia seems to have some resemblance to description of Harry Potter story in Wikipedia . According to the author Rowling, the main theme is death. There are also many other themes in the series, such as prejudice, corruption, and madness. Over the past 3 years there have been many news of similar cases that one can relate to in Malaysia with the story of Harry Potter. Establishment of the National Security Council is like at huge black dot in the story. Will the school of magic ever rid itself of the evil one? With so many who yearn for power, the Dark Wizard will continue to grow in strength after each major incident. Then again, its all in how the story turns out and the lessons learnt.

These days the pressure of work, income, catching up with the Jones and parents upbringing can lead to marital stress. Its good if couples can take the time to be open to each other. Struggling relationships need extra work from both couples, and the bumpy journey can at times be a long one. Found lots of white growth around the stem of a potted mulberry plant. Initial observation shows its some form of cotton like, powdery stuff and doesn't seem to be moving. I don't see any moving bugs. This is because it is known that there are lots of bugs within the fruits ( see here ) which is why you should not eat it raw. Lets face it, little things in life needs to be improved. This will build our relationships, careers and overall happiness. Personally, I get happiness mostly when its people and animals around me who achieve some satisfaction or received some goodness. Clear folded clothes and dirty clothes in basket. Do not leave these clean or dirty clothes for more than three (3) days. Dirty clothes should be washed soonest to prevent bacteria build up or fungus. Clean clothes already folded, will attract dust and itself increase amount of lint in the air.
