Improving quality of life of an average Joe

Lets face it, little things in life needs to be improved. This will build our relationships, careers and overall happiness. Personally, I get happiness mostly when its people and animals around me who achieve some satisfaction or received some goodness.

Here is a list of my observations, that I hope will benefit you;
  1. Walking with good posture. Take continuous effort NOT to slouch.
  2. Sitting with good posture. Take continuous effort NOT to slouch.
  3. Keep the lips healthy. If a sensation that the lips are dry or going to itch, put moisturiser. If there is other skin problems, use medication (e.g. viral).
  4. Clear folded clothes and dirty clothes in basket. Do not leave these clean or dirty clothes for more than three (3) days. Dirty clothes should be washed soonest to prevent bacteria build up or fungus. Clean clothes already folded, will attract dust and itself increase amount of lint in the air. Both are sure causes to irritate the lungs and respiratory system.
  5. Get that flat tummy through regular toning exercises. Do NOT focus on dieting or skipping meals and instead focus on doing REGULAR workouts to specific part of the body. Reach out to someone who have experience to do it safely and properly.
  6. Watch those words that you utter. I may be rough and rude, but people close are fine with it. However, some words can change the mood to being negative with nothing good coming out of it and just simply being nasty to those who are close to us.

This list is based on my own observations and experiences. Hope it works for you.

A horror story: Bungalow at Jalan Turi

A True Story What started with an online search for places to go to in Bangsar, eventually led to a very strange article marked "exciting". There were two distinct sites findbulous travel and tourplus mentioning the same story, this got the better of me and led to digging for more info of this bungalow in Bangsar. The area in general is considered as a place for the upper class and I can say most properties  there would be freehold. The original bungalow at no.10 Jalan Turi, Taman Bukit Pantai is a 3 story building with the entrance at 2nd floor and 1st floor is down one level. After over 10 years abandoned, the bungalow have been demolished and who knows what have replaced it, only media reports of the old story remains. Siblings Arjun 7, Kabir 11 American of Indian descend and their maid, Natalia were found brutally murdered in their bungalow. Its reported in the media that on 23 April 1992, their cut up bodies were found in a septic tank. The security guard, Ariff

Kota Gelanggi the Lost City

Its confusing, the history of Malaysia. An article in 2010, mentioned that Kota Gelanggi in Johor, Malaysia was a evidence that Srivijaya and its Buddhist empire was in Malaysia way before Parameswara arrived. See A small piece of History for our future generation . Lukey took the effort to determine if the above story was true and concluded that it might be a cut-and-paste for political/ill-intend purpose. See The Lost City of Kota Gelanggi Archeological Find - (The First Immigrants to Malaysia) . Another author goes on a search and details interesting findings. This includes the Department of National Museum, declaring that there is no evidence of any ancient civilisation. See Untold History : Spine Chilling Quest to Lost City of Gelanggi I and Part II - big foot . The author did an onsite exploration at location 1.3 in the map.
