Entrepreneurship 3rd Seminar

Finally I am having the chance to write on the MIT class. Its Entrepreneurship class on a Sunday and we are learning on leadership. There are 13 people. When leaders have too many customer/decisions to make, they tend to consider the Pareto Principles (20-80). The Pareto principle (also known as the 80-20 rule, the law of the vital few, and the principle of factor sparsity) states that, for many events, roughly 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes.
