Long delay at tower regency hotel September 11, 2010 I am wondering if it was a mistake to book this hotel in Ipoh. We were here since 2pm but their house keeping still havent gotten to clear our room by 3.45pm. Kids are all tired. I take that is why its a 4 star for poor service. Read more
