A heavy downpour on 18.4.2017 caused flooding at many stretch of roads from Rawang Toll towards Country Homes to Jalan Tasik Puteri. Mah Sing nearly completed M Residence 2 wasn't spared and it is located right next to a natural water catchment area. This incident would help give the local city council and the respective agencies a clue on how to expand Rawang - Kundang area and mitigate future flooding and traffic.
