List that screams for transparency in Malaysia

Its found off the internet a list of questionable transactions in Malaysia. Some how, leaving these in the dark has invited lots of speculations to the actual case. It would have been good to have a transparency system and not have so many agreements classified under national secret. Old stories, some of them but its part of a developing nation. Cant say other developing countries are without their fair share of money issues. Everyone looks forward for leaders who will bring a better future.
