Recipe X with Dragon Fruit, Banana, Kefir Milk Smoothie This is another variant to the same recipe posted previously ( prev post ). This will serve 500ml or approx 2 glasses. I like the idea that it does not need to have any extra water added when taking this probiotic rich smoothie drink. This reduce chances of local water chemicals and other water borne contaminations. Recipe for Dragon Fruit, Banana, Kefir Milk Smoothie Create a refreshing smoothie that is low in sugar. Refuel the body with antioxidants, probiotics, minerals and vitamins with this drink. It is because of the natural vitamin B and magnesium present in its contents.   Ingredients 1/2ltr kefir milk 1 dragon fruit (pitaya) 2 medium banana sliced  Cold water Serves 900ml to 1000ml depending on the thickness desired. This makes 3 to 4 glasses. Method 1. Slice the dragon fruit lengthwise and either scoop out the flesh, or quarter it and peel away the pink skin. Collect only the white part with seeds. One of the buzz word a few years ago was "omni-channel" and it looks like only recently it can be seen as being omni-potent. Yes, it was funny to see that word surface again. America's Got Talent - Laura Bretan

A nice and pleasant surprise to hear opera aria by a 13 year old Romanian at America's Got Talent 2016. Its the first time I am hearing of a Golden Buzzer!....Woooweeee!   How much effort does an adult take to master such beautiful renditions? I can imagine many understudies who have now wondered if they were suppressed of their potential by their opera guru. For now, Laura has gotten offers to perform on live shows and I am sure her mother is please with her.

Kefir Grains and its Nutrition Contents

Most people have heard of yogurt, which provide "good" bacteria for our body. Over the last few years, another drink is making its mark, Kefir . As shown in the Google trend until 1st Jun 2016, the term "kefir" popularity have more than doubled since the year 2005. What is Kefir? Kefir is prepared as a drink from kefir grains with either a milk or water base. These kefir grains are cultured from yeast and bacteria. The orginal kefir grains required addition of sweeteners to be acceptable for consumption. In 2004, only after strains developed with kefir yeast, the flavour itself became more acceptable and there were an increase in its awareness as a health drink.
