Recipe X: Dragon Fruit, Banana, Kefir Milk Smoothie

Recipe X with Dragon Fruit, Banana, Kefir Milk Smoothie

This is another variant to the same recipe posted previously (prev post). This will serve 500ml or approx 2 glasses.

I like the idea that it does not need to have any extra water added when taking this probiotic rich smoothie drink. This reduce chances of local water chemicals and other water borne contaminations. Best that everything is washed properly before preparation and clean hands are used.

Create a refreshing smoothie that is low in sugar that does not need to have added water. Refuel the body with antioxidants, probiotics, minerals and vitamins with this drink.

This recipe have ingredients to balance down feelings of depression and anxiety. It is because of the natural vitamin B and magnesium present in its contents.

Ingredients

180ml milk kefir
1 ripe banana that is some what sweet
1 red dragon fruit that is some what sweet

Method

  1. Add all ingredients in blender jar. Blend for 20seconds or until there are no large chunks.
  2. Keep in fridge and chill it for 30mins or until desired temperature.
Serves 2 and best taken when chilled. No ice please.

Notes:

Those little black stuff from the dragon fruit provide polyunsaturated fats - it the omega that the body needs. Yes, drink it down together.
Why not just eat more of these fruits and drink the milk kefir by itself? Because I find its just so much more romantic having this potion and when chilled, its just so smooth.

Kota Gelanggi the Lost City

Its confusing, the history of Malaysia. An article in 2010, mentioned that Kota Gelanggi in Johor, Malaysia was a evidence that Srivijaya and its Buddhist empire was in Malaysia way before Parameswara arrived. See A small piece of History for our future generation . Lukey took the effort to determine if the above story was true and concluded that it might be a cut-and-paste for political/ill-intend purpose. This includes the Department of National Museum, declaring that there is no evidence of any ancient civilisation.
