Teoh Beng Hock the mystery of a political aide death

On 16 July 2009, Teoh Beng Hock was found dead at Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) building. Teoh and several others had been hauled up for questioning the day before. Much later it was made known that the others had shared they were treated badly, denied a lawyer, deprived of water and food.

Teoh is an aide to exco member Ean Yong Hian Wah, which MACC seems to be trying to build a case upon. There is hardly any news on outcome of that particular investigation.

What is the mystery?

He is said to have fallen off the 14th floor of the MACC building.
There are not CCTV in the interrogation room.
Thai and British forensic pathologist experts were called in for the investigations.
MACC claimed to have already released him, but still held Teoh's possession and mobile phone.
Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on 21.7.2011 declare Teoh had committed suicide due to aggressive questioning.
A suicide note found in the sling bag which is in police custody after 1 year. This is a bit strange, right? The family was not informed of the note from the beginning. Why write a note as Teoh was planning to marry in 2 months time from his demise?

The Malaysian justice and law enforcement really need an upgrade as its easily prone to abuse rendering "You are guilt until proven innocent".

A horror story: Bungalow at Jalan Turi

A True Story What started with an online search for places to go to in Bangsar, eventually led to a very strange article marked "exciting". There were two distinct sites findbulous travel and tourplus mentioning the same story, this got the better of me and led to digging for more info of this bungalow in Bangsar. Murder of Chee Gaik Yap in 2006

Justice is blindly selective or just slow in Malaysia. Shahril was charged of murdering Chee Giak Yap (26years) on the 14th of January 2006 at the duration from 5.30 pm to early morning at 3.05 am near Cinta Sayang Club, Sungai Petani.
