Felda management overlooked what they had?

Seems so strange and a pity that majority of those who are able to make a difference continue to allow the nation's wealth to be raided. I am sure not all of the leaders and in office are bad, but the good ones are yet to step up and put a stop to what looks like a downward spiral of Malaysia's wealth and economic growth.

The few characters (citizen and non-citizen) who could have taken the step on moral ground and legal obligation are missing in this crazy all night disco-like party that has been running even before 2016. Its left with the citizens as the losers.

I am sure the list of  strange mismanagement are longer that what is here
  1. The infamous 1MDB. How is the Kementerian Kewangan still having to pay for all the losses? Which they seem to have secured some funds to commit repayment due in December 2017. It is strange that a prime land is sold to 1MDB at RM60 psf that eventually was sold back to the GLC at RM3,000 psf despite initial land valuation at RM7,000 psf.
  2. RM2.6 billion landed in Najib Razak's account went public and still nothing.
  3. 2016, US Justice Department's anti-corruption unit seizes USD1 billion of assets related to the 1MDB. But in Malaysian there does not seem to be and effect at all on the related parties.
  4. 206, Swiss Bank BSI in Singapore was ordered to shutdown for breaking its money laundering laws in its dealing with 1MDB. Nope, didn't raise a flag at all to the Malaysian government.
  5. Shut down of the Malaysian media that continuously went ahead to publish 1MDB related materials. The Edge Financial Daily seemed like the only media at the time where any investigative materials on 1MDB could be found.
And all this expose couldn't have been possible without Xavier Justo arrest in 2015.

A horror story: Bungalow at Jalan Turi

A True Story What started with an online search for places to go to in Bangsar, eventually led to a very strange article marked "exciting". There were two distinct sites findbulous travel and tourplus mentioning the same story, this got the better of me and led to digging for more info of this bungalow in Bangsar. The area in general is considered as a place for the upper class and I can say most properties  there would be freehold. The original bungalow at no.10 Jalan Turi, Taman Bukit Pantai is a 3 story building with the entrance at 2nd floor and 1st floor is down one level. After over 10 years abandoned, the bungalow have been demolished and who knows what have replaced it, only media reports of the old story remains. Siblings Arjun 7, Kabir 11 American of Indian descend and their maid, Natalia were found brutally murdered in their bungalow. Its reported in the media that on 23 April 1992, their cut up bodies were found in a septic tank. The security guard, Ariff

Murder of Chee Gaik Yap in 2006

Justice is blindly selective or just slow in Malaysia. Read Details Gaik Yap cause of death was the stab wounds to the neck. For some reason, its decided that evidence was non existent to determine the murderer. Where is NCIS when you need them? Nothing mentioned of

Kota Gelanggi the Lost City

Its confusing, the history of Malaysia. An article in 2010, mentioned that Kota Gelanggi in Johor, Malaysia was a evidence that Srivijaya and its Buddhist empire was in Malaysia way before Parameswara arrived. See A small piece of History for our future generation . Lukey took the effort to determine if the above story was true and concluded that it might be a cut-and-paste for political/ill-intend purpose. See The Lost City of Kota Gelanggi Archeological Find - (The First Immigrants to Malaysia) . Another author goes on a search and details interesting findings. This includes the Department of National Museum, declaring that there is no evidence of any ancient civilisation. See Untold History : Spine Chilling Quest to Lost City of Gelanggi I and Part II - big foot . The author did an onsite exploration at location 1.3 in the map.
