Malaysian Success With DotA Online Game 2016/17

Malaysian game players have been making waves for sometime and only recently they are appearing in local media for DotA2. These competitions are really closing in the gap of male to female players. Probably in future there won't be a need for female only competitions, as they progress to be on equal grounds.

DotA 2 the sequal to Defense of the Ancients, is a multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA) that have a long time standing of fans all over the world. Probably the only video game competition that provided total prize of USD1million in 2011. This got kind of inspiring to serious gamers around the world when in 2015, the prize pool came to over USD18.4million for its international tournament.

If you have heard people talking about Pokemon being a devils game due to its sudden number of fans, then its for sure these are the same people who have not heard of DotA and similar serious games that command a more intense immersion into the world of gaming.

Kota Gelanggi the Lost City

Its confusing, the history of Malaysia. An article in 2010, mentioned that Kota Gelanggi in Johor, Malaysia was a evidence that Srivijaya and its Buddhist empire was in Malaysia way before Parameswara arrived. See A small piece of History for our future generation . Lukey took the effort to determine if the above story was true and concluded that it might be a cut-and-paste for political/ill-intend purpose. See The Lost City of Kota Gelanggi Archeological Find - (The First Immigrants to Malaysia) . Another author goes on a search and details interesting findings. This includes the Department of National Museum, declaring that there is no evidence of any ancient civilisation.
