A Horror Story: The Cleansing Ceremony

Been a quiet 2017, and finally found time to do a short article.

The Cleansing Ceremony

Johan is a successful businessman and politician but have recently encountered some bad business transactions. A friend introduced Johan to a famous witch doctor 'Bomoh' to help solve his financial problems. She is known to have dedicated all her life to the spiritual world and a jovial person with lots of positive energy. Convinced, Johan made partial payment in cash and provided some land surety, the cleansing ceremony is then scheduled for the next week.

On the day of the ritual, unknown to the Bomoh, that man, Johan had brought along a jin from another previous spiritual ritual by a bomoh known as Pak Man. A jin from that ritual who was already aware of this new arrangement was agitated and had earlier sent a greed demon to the bomoh, her husband and those scheduled to attend the sacred ceremony. The demon strives on the little greed in any man and can manifest even the smallest greed found in a person into its most ugly form.

Mid way in the cleansing ceremony, the man was placed in a trance state. Alas, the bomoh realised too late that those around were no longer their normal self as they held down the man and chopped him to death. The bomoh could only manage to cast a spell of self protection until the evil deed was completed by those around her.

Who was there to believe her as her husband and the assistants have been overcome by their inner greed and were no longer their usual self. Much later, the Bomoh came to find out that Johan had been going to meet several spiritual bomoh and shamans before meeting her.

The end.

The story plot is to remind one, that there are always bigger and more bad ass spiritual beings. Don't mess around with the unknown spiritual world.

Kota Gelanggi the Lost City

Its confusing, the history of Malaysia. An article in 2010, mentioned that Kota Gelanggi in Johor, Malaysia was a evidence that Srivijaya and its Buddhist empire was in Malaysia way before Parameswara arrived. See A small piece of History for our future generation . Lukey took the effort to determine if the above story was true and concluded that it might be a cut-and-paste for political/ill-intend purpose. See The Lost City of Kota Gelanggi Archeological Find - (The First Immigrants to Malaysia) . Another author goes on a search and details interesting findings. This includes the Department of National Museum, declaring that there is no evidence of any ancient civilisation.
