Kota Raya Brawl 20.12.15

A report by theStar online and a youtube video on a group of men armed with sticks attacking a shop in Kotaraya.

This event at 5pm 20.12.15 had occured right after the Muslim Consumers Association of Malaysia (PPIM) had gathered outside of Kotaraya, Kuala Lumpur.

Is this an Indicator of lack in confidence with the system and the stress of economic woes on the citizens?

Two hurt in brawl at Kota Raya

The government should have taken action on no tolerence for voilence from the first incident earlier 2015 where another similar case happen in Low Yat Plaza, Kuala Lumpur.

Serious procedure in the court should have been taken to deter voilence in the future. Instead the Malaysia AG denies he is responsible for not being able to take action as he appears in a news article, Kotaraya protest not my fault, 19.12.15 in the Malaymail online.

Murder of Chee Gaik Yap in 2006

Justice is blindly selective or just slow in Malaysia. Shahril was charged of murdering Chee Giak Yap (26years) on the 14th of January 2006 at the duration from 5.30 pm to early morning at 3.05 am near Cinta Sayang Club, Sungai Petani. He was charged under the 302 of the Penal Code which carries the mandatory death sentence once found guilty. Forum Lowyat . Sharil is recorded clearly defaming the deceased.
