Damage done to Desa Saujana

After the illegal destruction of the playground to make way for some unknown development on June 10, 2013, the local council have not informed local residents of any plans to restore the playground. It has started to collect stagnant water and shows sign of becoming a mosquito breeding ground.

As a result the little walking path, half the badminton court and the trees were destroyed.

Murder of Chee Gaik Yap in 2006

Justice is blindly selective or just slow in Malaysia. Shahril was charged of murdering Chee Giak Yap (26years) on the 14th of January 2006 at the duration from 5.30 pm to early morning at 3.05 am near Cinta Sayang Club, Sungai Petani. He was charged under the 302 of the Penal Code which carries the mandatory death sentence once found guilty. Forum Lowyat . Sharil is recorded clearly defaming the deceased.
