Found lots of white growth around the stem of a potted mulberry plant. Initial observation shows its some form of cotton like, powdery stuff and doesn't seem to be moving. I don't see any moving bugs. This is because it is known that there are lots of bugs within the fruits ( see here ) which is why you should not eat it raw. Its growing more and more over the last few days. What could they be? From the photos below; Circle (A) shows the individual white stuff. Circle in (B) shows the stem when I scratch off the white stuff. Indications (1): Seen 4 leaves.
