Lets face it, little things in life needs to be improved. This will build our relationships, careers and overall happiness. Personally, I get happiness mostly when its people and animals around me who achieve some satisfaction or received some goodness. Here is a list of my observations, that I hope will benefit you; Walking with good posture. Take continuous effort NOT to slouch. Sitting with good posture. Take continuous effort NOT to slouch. Keep the lips healthy. If a sensation that the lips are dry or going to itch, put moisturiser. If there is other skin problems, use medication (e.g. viral). Clear folded clothes and dirty clothes in basket. Do not leave these clean or dirty clothes for more than three (3) days. Dirty clothes should be washed soonest to prevent bacteria build up or fungus. Clean clothes already folded, will attract dust and itself increase amount of lint in the air.
