Friends, recently I had to prepare for several reports and a big conference and found myself getting lack of sleep. Sometimes only 1 to 3 hours of sleep a day and its not something I intend to continue. I can really feel irritation setting in, being sleepy at odd hours of the day. Just as a reminder, the body needs to rebuild precious tissues and other functional stuff. How do I know if there is enough rest or sleep? Try the Epworth Sleepiness Scale and if you are rated below 10 then continue with your lifestyle otherwise, better to relook at the daily sleep pattern or see a doctor.
